eCommerce Development That Actually Sells
We've been building online stores since 2006 — back when PayPal was considered cutting-edge. Today we build on Magento development, Shopify development, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop for brands doing anywhere from $50K to $50M in annual online revenue. The common thread? Every store we build is fast, converts well, and doesn't fall apart on Black Friday.

What Our Clients Say
What We Build
Every online store is different. Here's the kind of eCommerce work we handle day-to-day.
Magento / Adobe Commerce
Enterprise eCommerce that handles complexity — multi-store, multi-currency, B2B pricing, ERP integrations. We've been building Magento stores since version 1.4 and have 200+ Magento projects under our belt.
Shopify & Shopify Plus
For brands that want to launch fast and scale without worrying about hosting. Custom themes, private apps, checkout customization, and Shopify Flow automations. We build stores that don't look like templates.
WooCommerce
WordPress-powered stores with custom plugins, complex product configurators, and subscription models. WooCommerce is deceptively simple — getting it to perform at scale is where we come in.
PrestaShop
Popular across Europe and Latin America for good reason. We build PrestaShop stores with custom modules, multi-language support, and marketplace integrations. Great for businesses expanding internationally.
Headless Commerce
Decoupled frontends (React, Next.js, Vue Storefront) backed by Shopify, Magento, or custom APIs. Faster page loads, complete design freedom, and the flexibility to power web, mobile, and kiosk from one backend.
Migration & Rescue
Stuck on an outdated platform? We migrate stores from Magento 1, OpenCart, osCommerce, and custom builds to modern platforms — without losing SEO rankings, order history, or customer data.
Where We Go Deep
We've launched 500+ stores. These are the areas where that experience really shows.
Magento & Adobe Commerce Mastery
We've been in the Magento ecosystem since 2010. We build custom modules, optimize catalogs with 500K+ SKUs, set up multi-warehouse inventory, and handle the gnarly B2B pricing rules that make procurement teams happy. Our Magento sites consistently score 90+ on Google PageSpeed — which is rare for a platform known for being slow out of the box.
Performance & Conversion Optimization
A 1-second delay in page load costs you 7% in conversions — we've seen it firsthand across hundreds of stores. We do full-stack performance work: server-side caching (Varnish, Redis), image optimization pipelines, critical CSS extraction, lazy loading, and CDN configuration. But speed is just half of it. We also do conversion rate optimization — A/B testing checkout flows, reducing cart abandonment, and optimizing product pages based on actual user behavior data.
Integrations & Marketplace Connectivity
An online store doesn't exist in isolation. We connect stores to ERPs (SAP, Odoo, NetSuite), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), PIMs (Akeneo, Pimcore), shipping carriers (FedEx, DHL, local couriers), and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart). We've built middleware layers that sync inventory across 12 sales channels in real-time — so you never oversell and never manually update stock counts.

How We Actually Build Online Stores
After 500+ stores across Magento development, Shopify, WooCommerce development, and PrestaShop development, we've developed some strong opinions about what works — and what's a waste of your money.
Platform choice matters more than people think
We see companies pick Magento because they heard it's "enterprise-grade" — then spend $200K building a store that Shopify development could've handled for $60K. We also see startups pick Shopify when they actually need the flexibility of a self-hosted platform. The right answer depends on your catalog size, customization needs, integration requirements, and team capabilities. We'll give you an honest recommendation, even if it means less work for us.
The platform comparison nobody wants to give you
Magento/Adobe Commerce: Best for complex B2B, multi-store setups, and catalogs with 50K+ SKUs. Expensive to build and maintain, but nothing else matches its flexibility. If your business rules are complicated, Magento handles them.
Shopify Plus: Best for DTC brands that want to move fast. Great ecosystem, reliable hosting, solid checkout. Limitations show up with heavy customization or complex product configurations.
WooCommerce: Best when you already run WordPress development and need eCommerce bolted on, or when the budget is tight. Performs well up to ~10K SKUs with proper optimization.
PrestaShop: Best for European markets. Strong multi-language, multi-currency out of the box. Lower cost of ownership than Magento for mid-size stores.
The best eCommerce platform is the one that fits your business — not the one your agency specializes in. We work across all four major platforms precisely so we can recommend what actually makes sense.
What we've learned the hard way
- Page speed is revenue — Every 100ms of load time improvement increases conversion by 1-2%. We've seen stores double their mobile conversion rate just from performance work
- Checkout is where you win or lose — 70% of carts get abandoned. Half of that is fixable with better UX: guest checkout, fewer form fields, clear shipping costs upfront, and trust signals in the right places
- Search is criminally underrated — If your site search returns garbage results, you're losing 30% of your high-intent traffic. We implement Elasticsearch or Algolia with proper synonyms, typo tolerance, and merchandising rules
- Mobile isn't optional, it's primary — 65-75% of eCommerce traffic is mobile. We design mobile-first, not desktop-first-then-squeeze-it-down
- Integrations break in production — The ERP sync that works in staging will fail at 3am on a Saturday when your warehouse system sends malformed data. We build with retry logic, error queues, and alerting from day one
We're not the cheapest option and we won't promise to launch in 4 weeks. But if you need a store that performs under real traffic, integrates with your operations, and actually grows your revenue — we've been doing this long enough to get it right.
Fashion Brand: $0 to $4M Annual Revenue in 14 Months
A DTC fashion startup came to us with great products and no online presence. We built them a Shopify Plus store with custom product filtering (shop by occasion, body type, price range), Instagram-style lookbook pages, and a loyalty program that integrated with Klaviyo. The key technical challenge was their complex sizing system — different size charts for different product categories, with a fit quiz that recommends sizes based on past purchases. The store launched in 10 weeks and hit $4M in revenue within its first 14 months. Mobile conversion rate sits at 3.8%, which is nearly double the industry average.
B2B Industrial Supplier: 12 Warehouses, 1 Platform
An industrial equipment distributor was running their B2B sales through phone calls and PDF catalogs. We built a Magento 2 B2B store that handles company accounts, custom pricing tiers (different prices for each of their 2,000+ wholesale customers), quick-order pads for repeat purchases, and real-time inventory across 12 warehouses. The integration with their SAP ERP was the hardest part — we built a middleware layer that syncs product data, pricing, inventory, and orders bidirectionally every 5 minutes. The store now processes 40% of their total orders, up from 0%, and their sales team focuses on high-value accounts instead of taking reorders by phone.
Multi-Brand Retailer: 50K SKUs, Sub-2s Load Times
A retailer with 5 brands was running separate WooCommerce stores for each brand — different hosting, different themes, different plugins, all breaking independently. We consolidated everything into a single Magento multi-store setup with shared inventory, unified customer accounts, and brand-specific storefronts. The catalog has 50,000+ SKUs with complex configurable products (size × color × material). We implemented Elasticsearch for product search, Varnish for full-page caching, and a custom image optimization pipeline. Page load times went from 6-8 seconds to under 2 seconds. Operational costs dropped 60% because they stopped maintaining 5 separate stores.
